Life has changed once again....we are hanging on by the seat of our pants and hoping not to fall off the wild ride! LOTS to update on ...but I am exhauseted from finals this week. Here's some updated pics of the boys to hold you over !

Lost and Found

So here I am almost exactly a year after my last post!! Where have I been you ask? Well Ive been here all along I just needed some help to find myself again. This past year has been a struggle to say the least. Works great, kids are great, relationship eh . So this time last year we were basking in the happiness of finally living together , this year we are basking in the happiness that we no longer live together and our relationship is stronger than ever! I know , I know your like yeah right!??!? I think we have both come to the conclusion that having 5 kids under one roof, not to mention all of them not always liking it. An ex husband, an ex wife, etc etc made it so complicated to just focus on us. Ore relationship was falling apart and FAST! We made the decision ( reluctantly on my part) to move apart when our lease was up. Travis wanted to be back in Johnston County and near his kids, and I wanted to stay in the neighborhood we were in. I didn't want to move Logan to far from his friends and school he knew and loved so much this past year.
So there it is!!! At first it SUCKED and I didn't think we would make it. We pulled thru and see each other almost everyday and when we don't, its nice to have alone time! The boys and I are in a cute house about 1/4 mile from the other house , and Travis is on a small farm plot about 1/2 mile from his kids. All in all its working for now....5 years from now? Well that's a different story!
I will try and post some pics from this past year later this evening.

Before I get to all the "icky " news around here....Allow me to introduce my new (and first) nephew- Warner Lee Peck 10/19/09 1:06 pm. 8lbs 13oz, 22 inches long....Congrats Peck family. Mommy, Daddy and his beautiful sisters are doing fantastic...sleepy but fantastic!!

Sorry for being MIA for the past couple days..Logan and Sean have the SWINE FLU!!! Both are feeling better and better every day. So this past weekend we laid low and stayed inside...so not much to report for that but....we went to a kick butt Halloween bday party for our neighbor Clara the weekend before. They had yummy spooky treats and fun games for the kids..they ha d a blast!

Vermin

So anyone who knows Travis , knows he is petrified of mice...like girly screaming , run for your life kind of scared! Tonight when I got home from work we were standing in the kitchen chatting and all of a sudden a rather large mouse scampered across the counter! After much girly squealing ( on Travis' end) and choice words, Travis decided to "kill that little SOB"! Needless to say, the little SOB vermin is still on the loose.

TAG YOUR IT!!!

Nichole over at Husbands, Babies and Life tagged me for baby names. The stories behind your kids names. Well before I had children I had a huge list of names, mostly very uncommon,old school names. We dont have many family names I wanted to use so thus I created my own list of unusually baby names...and those who know me , know I didnt use any of them! My grandfathers name was Percival and ummm NOPE. Love you Gramps but I dont think so!

With both of my boys we had a deal; if it was a girl I would pick the name and he would pick the middle name and if it was a boy...well you get it.So I obviously got screwed with that one. Logans dad picked Logan , which was not common at all back in 2000. I choose Alexander for his middle name. My middle name begins with A so I wanted to keep that trend. Sean was chosen by his father. He had a very good friend growing up named Sean. I did however pick the spelling.Being from MA I only knew Sean being spelled that way. Charles is Seans middle name my grandfather and his fathers grandfather were both Charles so thats that!


Since there will be no more kids for me :( I will list my girls names below. Top 10 ( in no order)
